Will The Screen Enclosure Take Away My Views?
No not at all, in fact you will enjoy your views a lot more as you will be outdoors all year round. We have found over the years that one of the biggest concerns people have is that they think that the screens will impede their views. These concerns are quickly eliminated once they have viewed the quality of the Phifer screens and the fact that using Suncoasts unique system means that the screen never go loose or saggy. The last thing that you want to look at is a screen that flaps in the breeze and at Suncoast we guarantee this not to happen.
Do I need QLD Building Services Authority Insurance Policy?
In Queensland if your project is over $3300 you must have a QBCC Insurance policy.
Suncoast takes care of this for you
